Hailing from the Queen City, Charlotte NC, I am Hope Baxter. I am a 2019 graduate of North Carolina Central University. There, I majored in Mass Communications with concentration in Broadcast Media. Being a former president of the National Associations of Black Journalist (NABJ) campus chapter, I feel it’s my duty to assist in the innovation and development of media content my generation can relate and have an interest in. A quote I live by was sung beautifully by the one and only Beyonce, “I want to say I lived each day until I die, and know that I meant something in somebody’s life.
